This block is a direct observation of PirateSwap's own top-up flow, kept separate from marketing wording. We describe the field, its location and who controls the outcome. We do not quote a bonus percentage — that number is set by PirateSwap and can move without notice.
Observed
- A single input field labelled 'Promo code' appears on the top-up screen after a deposit method is chosen.
- Typing LOOT into that field is the only action a reader takes on CS2REF's side — no query string is appended, no cookie is set.
- PirateSwap decides whether the code produces a bonus, what the bonus amount is, whether it stacks with other offers, and whether it expires. CS2REF has no visibility into any of that.
- Any bonus that is granted is added to the PirateSwap balance and can be spent inside PirateSwap wherever balance is accepted.
Platform marketing wording
PirateSwap's own homepage self-describes as 'Sell CS2 (CS:GO) Skins | Best CS2 (CS:GO) Trading Site!'. That is the platform's copy, not a CS2REF endorsement.

On https://pirateswap.com/, click Sign in through Steam and complete the Steam OpenID login. Never paste your Steam password anywhere except steamcommunity.com.

Complete your profile (Trade URL + email)
PirateSwap asks for your Steam Trade URL and an email during profile setup. Get the Trade URL from steamcommunity.com/id/<you>/tradeoffers/privacy.

Open the Top-up screen
Choose a deposit method and open the Top-up screen. That is where the promo-code field appears — not on the checkout or store screens.

Enter code LOOT
Type LOOT into the promo-code field on the top-up screen. If the code is currently active, PirateSwap will show a confirmation. If it isn't, no bonus is added — the outcome is controlled by PirateSwap's current promotion state.

Complete top-up and spend the balance
Finish the top-up. Any bonus that a live promo produced is added to your PirateSwap balance and can be spent inside PirateSwap wherever balance is accepted.
